Processing Time

All items are handmade, so processing times may vary
based on order volume.
I ship orders once a week — with one scheduled post office run every week.

Orders placed right after a shipping day will ship on the next weekly run.
If there is ever a delay beyond the usual processing time, I will notify you via email.

Shipping Methods

All packages are shipped via USPS unless otherwise stated.
Shipping options may include:
- USPS First Class
- USPS Priority Mail
- USPS Ground Advantage
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

I currently ship to:
- The United States
- U.S. Territories
- APO/FPO addresses

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for USPS tracking updates to appear.

Delivery Issues

If your package is marked “Delivered” but you can’t locate it:
1. Check with neighbors or household members
2. Look around porches, mailboxes, or alternate drop spots
3. Confirm the shipping address on your order

Wrong Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If you notify me before your order ships, I can update the address.
Once a package has been shipped, I cannot reroute or change the destination.

4. Contact your local post office
If it still hasn’t surfaced after 3 days, reach out and I’ll help you start a claim with USPS.
Please note: I cannot issue refunds for packages
confirmed delivered by the carrier.
