Return and Refund Policies
Because all products are handmade, I do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong size or color
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, I will issue a full refund. You may keep the item—no return is necessary.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives with an issue, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the problem
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, I will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you can’t locate it:
1. Check with neighbors and household members.
2. Verify the delivery address on your order.
3. Contact your local post office with your tracking number.
If the package still cannot be found after 3 days, reach out and I’ll help you start a case with the carrier.
Please note: I cannot provide refunds for packages the carrier has confirmed as delivered.
Approved Refund Processing Time
Order Cancellations
You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order.
After that, your order will be processed for shipping.
Changing Your Order
If you need to change: Product, Size, Shipping address, or Quantity, contact me within the same 12-hour window.
Cancellation & Order Changes
For approved refunds:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Banks usually take 3–7 business days to process the funds
Store credit, when chosen, is issued immediately.
